What You’ll Do

The Program Administrator, Community & Education role is a full-time permanent opportunity for you to support the Education Team in delivering superior service delivery through activities such as content creation for the Primary School online and face to face programs, oversee daily administration of the face-to-face primary program, occasional cross team administrative assistance, reporting, and some compliance & governance work.

• Implement EDM campaigns for the Science & Road Safety programs throughout the year
• Active involvement in bstreetsmart and other community activations
• Support compliance processes by managing Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and other school required documentation, including following up outstanding compliance information to ensure validity
• Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and update educational content (both online & face-to-face), transition face-to-face content into online modules, maintain implementation timelines for new modules, and provide ad hoc administrative support
• Provide comprehensive administration assistance including preparing and processing invoices, accounts and documents, maintaining records, files and data
• Assist the Senior Manager with month end operational reporting and provide general administrative support to the wider Community team as required.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Administration
• Experience in delivering educational activities
• Primary teaching qualifications and experience with a knowledge of education industry and frameworks (preferred not essential)

Take the lead in shaping the future of SIXT Australia as our next Head of National Operations.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you’ll be a strategic, high impact leader responsible for setting, embedding- and sustaining exceptionally high operational and service standards across the network. What You’ll Do

As a Payroll Project Specialist, you'll be supporting the People Services Project team with various payroll transformation projects. You'll contribute your payroll knowledge and work with a wide range of key stakeholders including employees themselves, People Systems Team as well as the Finance, Internal compliance team and the broader People & Culture function.

What You’ll Do

We have a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective payroll services to staff and supported employees including the calculation of accurate wages and salaries by creating and maintaining personnel and payroll records, in accordance with the relevant Awards, Agreements and legislative requirements. You will also provide advice on conditions of employment and payroll issues, ensuring all staff and supported employees are paid correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and check payrolls including termination calculations prepared by other Payroll Officers

• Process General Ledger interface and perform all required reconciliation of payroll data in line with published month-end timetables including conducting regular review of general ledger accounts to ensure full reconciliation of relevant clearing accounts; bank accounts (payments in respect of employee remuneration, employee deductions, payroll tax, workers compensation, PAYG), and expense and provision accounts eg leave and incentive payments
• Complete annual returns for payroll tax, workers compensation and PAYG
• Assist with payroll end of month, end of year and annual remuneration reviews
• Prepare EBA increases for relevant EBA as required
• Process employee superannuation payments
• Work with PayGlobal and Dayforce on EA changes- including matrix interpretation and EA implementation and testing
• Ensure payroll processes are appropriately documented ensuring accuracy, compliance and interpretation with awards, legislation, policies and organisational requirements
• Manage recommendations on enhancements to work processes in order to ensure optimal system functionality increasing accuracy and efficiencies
• Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes and systems.
