Services (Duties and Responsibilities), which shall include, but are not limited to:
Providing leadership and professional oversight in music education programmes;
Contributing to centre development, programme planning, and quality assurance initiatives;
Supporting curriculum development and pedagogical standards in music education;
Providing guidance, mentoring, and professional input to teaching staff when required;
Participating in centre planning, events, and programme development activities;
Carrying out business and educational coaching from time to time;
Developing, reviewing, and implementing internal policies and procedures, and providing relevant training or guidance to employees where applicable;
Developing, reviewing, and maintaining operational, academic, and administrative documentation, including providing training or briefing to relevant staff as required; and
Supporting basic risk management initiatives, including identifying operational or academic risks and assisting management in implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
