Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator with a hunter mindset to drive business growth for our residential cleaning services division. This role combines sales coordination, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and operational coordination responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, results-driven, and enjoys engaging with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales. You will work closely with both the sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while contributing directly to business growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media channels.
- Qualify leads and convert enquiries into confirmed cleaning service bookings.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximise sales conversion rates.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's cleaning services.
- Maintain a hunter mindset by actively pursuing sales opportunities and achieving conversion targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide professional recommendations and propose suitable cleaning solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer concerns and service-related matters effectively.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Coordination & Administration
- Prepare quotations and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
- Track sales enquiries, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management review.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate service schedules between customers and operations teams.
- Liaise closely with operations personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor job status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Assist in resolving scheduling and service-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, sales coordination, or business development.
- Strong sales-driven personality with a hunter mindset and passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
