Job Summary:
Monadex is a Singapore-based experiential technology company building next-generation photography and interactive systems, including photobooths, AI imaging systems, event photo stations, and interactive installations.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to support our Singapore operations. This role involves managing our showroom and photobooth experience space, supporting photobooth kiosks deployed across Singapore, assisting with event deployments, and coordinating maintenance, logistics, and customer support.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working with physical products, clients, and on-site operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day readiness of our Singapore showroom and photobooth experience space
- Support photobooth kiosks deployed across Singapore, including regular checks, maintenance, and consumables refill
- Assist with event deployments, including packing, setup, testing, teardown, and on-site support
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for photobooth machines, printers, cameras, lighting, touchscreens, and payment systems
- Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners
- Track inventory, spare parts, printer media, tools, and operational supplies
- Prepare machines before deployments and ensure they are clean, functional, and presentable
- Report operational issues clearly and work with the internal team to improve reliability
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree, or relevant experience in operations, events, logistics, retail, technical support, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Hands-on, organised, responsible, and willing to learn
- Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore for kiosk checks or event support
- Basic technical confidence with computers, printers, cameras, or hardware is preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders
- Interest in photobooths, retail experiences, events, or creative technology is a plus
- Mandarin communication is a plus for supplier coordination
