Job Description:
- To assist the Consultant in supervision of the construction of the Structural Works under Building Control Act.
- To supervise and inspect the Contractor's works to ensure the works on site are of the expected quality.
- To ensure proper site documentation is maintained.
- Monitoring the constructions activities.
- To conduct other related duties as required by the Consultants and Developer.
- To verify that the Contractor's defects rectification are completed satisfactorily.
- To monitor and track the defects rectification meet the service standards set.
- To attend joint inspections with residents to better understand their requests/feedback where required.
- To conduct HDB approved plans to safeguard building structures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably in HDB projects.
- Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)
- Experience in precast structural works, prefabricated bathroom unit construction works and able to supervise architectural works or M&E works are essential. Candidates who are able to supervise inter-discipline works would be beneficial.
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures and construction administration.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Employment contract period is approximately 12 months (with option to extend)
- Able to start work immediately preferred
- 5.5 days work week.
