Requirements : -

At least 3 years' experience in Architectural or M&E works for interior fit out is required.

Diploma in building services / Electrical / Air Conditioning or Plumbing / Building Management

Ability to communicate with people at all level and meticulous with an eye for detail.

Team player yet able to work independently.

Proficient in computer skills and microsoft office is a must

Have a good attitude and preferably with high level of initiative

Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.

Accounts cum Admin Executive Responsibilities :

Full sets of account

01) Account payables, Account receivables, Reconciliation, General Ledger

02) Preparation and submission of GST returns

03) Support auditing

04) Liaison with external parties such as auditors, government departments, vendors etc…

05) Monthly payroll and staff reimbusements, commission, CPF submission, work pass application.

06) Admin duties such as cold call to new customers, handling Incoming and outgoing mails, filing, replenish of office refreshment & stationery etc..

07) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned requirements

08) Diploma/Finance/ LCCI or other profressional qualification in related field.

09) 1-3 years relevant working experience

10) Experience with accounting software such as OCI will be an advantage.

11) Proficient in Microsoft Office

12) Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external parties

13) Positive attitude, meticulous, able to multi-task

14) Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
