Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, a list of your responsibilities will include:

• Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash
• Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate
• Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses

We’re growing our onboarding and data implementation capabilities as more clients move onto MUFG’s platform, and we need someone who can take ownership of this critical work. In this role, you’ll lead the setup and migration of fund and client data, making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to bring new funds live smoothly and improve how we do things along the way. Your work will directly shape the client experience at one of the most important moments in their journey with us.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end system setups and static data configuration for new fund launches and client onboarding
• Manage complex conversions, including data migration, reinitialization, and system reconfiguration
• Build and maintain accurate fund structures using offering documents and best practices
• Analyze NAV and share registry data to identify and resolve discrepancies before go-live
• Coordinate conversion plans and timelines with internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed
• Champion data quality by ensuring all setups meet internal standards and regulatory requirements (ISAE/SOC)
• Create and refine standard operating procedures to simplify and scale onboarding processes
• Partner with Technology and Product teams to automate and improve how client and investor data is managed

• Requesting appropriate AML documentation from investors in MUFG administered funds;
• Liaising with investors and clients through written communication on a periodic basis until all appropriate AML documentation has been obtained;
• Maintaining an overview of complete and incomplete AML records and ensuring action is taken to complete all AML records;
• Timely follow up on pending AML requests keeping compliance with MUFG escalation and follow up procedures;
• Maintenance and safe keeping of AML files and trackers in line with MUFG’s data policies
• Liaising with internal Investor & Client Operations teams on a regular basis and responding to AML related queries
• Ensuring queries and emails, both internally and externally, are responded to in a timely and accurate manner;

This is a vital role in ensuring the Cash Reconciliations Team can accurately reconcile all aspects of cash ledgers including those of internal as well as external brokers, within the strict deadlines and SLA’s of the Client Delivery teams across the business. This role will cover various workstreams such as Fund of Funds ("FoF"), Investor Operations, Private Equity and Real Estate structures. You will be a part of a global team that is responsible for Cash Reconciliation.

The Associate will have a strong understanding of what drives the value of an investment fund, the types of products it trades and the nature of day-to-day operations between an investment fund and its counterparties, all alongside a keen interest in learning new technologies and skills.

• Reconcile data between various accounting systems across different reconciliation platforms.

This is a vital role in ensuring MFS can deliver on its internal SLA agreements and deliverables as agreed with Client Delivery teams for the cash reconciliations and other live cash services for a range of low to complex Private Equity Investment funds. The Junior Associate will manage their time effectively to nurture training and oversight of deliverables from junior staff, as well as review necessary work. They will also need to be involved with daily tasks and other BAU as dictated by the SLAs and deliverables.

The candidate will have a strong understanding of the structures and types of products within a private investment fund as well as strong accounting knowledge for the double entry and booking of transactions through the accounting system. Ideally the candidate will be a self-starter and also look to become involved in improvement projects for the team such as automation and technology.

For this role you may be tasked with reviewing the work of an Associate, ensuring tasks are completed and issues appropriately investigated. A Junior Associate Director will likely be the lead for multiple client collection accounts belonging to a Client Delivery team as well as having the ability to assist across other workstreams where necessary for coverage.

The candidate would also be responsible for knowledge transfer and training to new joiners.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services.

• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, including reviewing accruals, security pricing, reviewing cash and security position reconciliations.

• Review and conduct AML/KYC/PEP and Sanction Checks investigating sanction alerts and adverse media.

MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, our MUFG Automated Payment System, Global Payment System, MUFG Pay Stream and MUFG FX, in addition to integrated banking products.

You ideally have experience working with banking solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of internal operations & support, interacting with external vendors, and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of both in-house and vendor applications. You will play a crucial role of linking the business teams and the IT solutions group.

You Will:

• Play a key role as part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, FX Market Rates, Appian workflows, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, MUFG Global Payment System).
• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors &/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU.
• Coordinate with vendor and/or Support teams for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, Patch sets, fixes.
