SPA Manager

Occupation：MANAGER

SGD 4,000 – 6,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

1.Oversee the daily operations of the beauty / SPA outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations

2.Manage and lead the beautician team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

3.Enhance customer service standards and handle customer requirement and relationship management

4.Drive sales performance by managing sales targets and promoting service packages and products

5.Manage outlet inventory, consumables, and cost control

6.Coordinate with head office on administrative and operational matters

7.Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities for the outlet

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in the beauty / SPA industry; candidates with store manager or supervisory experience will be an advantage

2.Familiar with daily outlet operations and management processes

3.Strong communication and team management skills

4.Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as the main working language, Mandarin is the main working language as most of our customers and team members communicate in Mandarin, which is necessary for daily store operations

5. Stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
6.Preference will be given to candidates with valid work authorisation in Singapore. The company does not sponsor work visa applications.

7.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for client and team communication.

Job Description

• Massage customers and administers other body treatments in accordance with standards.
• Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
• Maintain high level of professional customer service.
• Create excellent guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room.

• Require to work 6 days a week.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays.

Job Summary

You will assist to perform professional facial and body treatments while consulting clients to recommend suitable services. You will maintain a clean work environment, manage linens and client records, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstations to ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout each shift
• Maintain cleanliness and order of linens, replacing them between client sessions
• Keep accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date client files for service records
• Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure safety and quality
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations
• Demonstrate a friendly and cheerful attitude to enhance customer experience
• Show passion for serving customers by delivering attentive and personalized service
