Sales & Customer Support

• Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Maintain up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation

Project Coordination

• Plan and track project timelines from order confirmation to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, parts) to meet project requirements
• Monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and update customers regularly
• Support scheduling of field technicians and service assignments

Operations & Service Support

• Act as point of contact for service updates, job status, and issue escalation
• Liaise with Parts and Warranty teams to ensure smooth job execution
• Follow up on job completion and ensure proper documentation

Administrative & Procurement

• Manage work orders from opening to closure for accurate and timely invoicing
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
• Issue purchase orders, source suppliers, and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Report directly to the Directors and/or assigned management personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and organizational objectives

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Preferably with engineering background, certification, or relevant technical experience
• 2–5 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or project/admin roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in service/technical environment is an advantage
