Warehouse Assistant

Prepare storage area for incoming shipments

· Record and submit storage locations for system updating

· Receive stock accurately in accordance with receiving documents

· Document receipt of stock by recipients & file records for references

· Pick stock accurately based on pick lists

· Pack and tally stocks going into the storage area against received documents

· Issue stock to authorised recipients accurately

· Check and record condition & expiry dates (if any) of goods

· Maintain stock cleanliness & are in good conditions for staging

Warehouse Executive

Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth product deliveries.

· Manage, supervise and motivate team members in day to day warehouse operations.

· Lead, coach and motivate warehouse staff, drivers and cleaners to achieve the BU

objectives.

· Solve discrepancies with regards to incoming and outgoing deliveries.

· Perform service recovery.

· Ensure warehouse cleanliness at all times.

· Lead WSH for DC and ensure compliances.

· Ensure the optimum and efficient utilization of warehouse storage space and effective

use of resources, transport, manpower and material equipment.

· Manage ASRS & WMS operation.

· Ensure that all company trucks and material handling equipment are maintained in a

clean and good working condition to reduce machine downtime and repairs.

· Maintain high standard of food safety and work place safety compliance.

· Administer effectively the administration of the DC:

· Diesel usage.

· Monitoring of container’s temperature.

· Monitoring and recording of freezer and chiller temperature.

· Weekly rodent trap inspection.

· Monthly facility inspection.

· Daily cleaning schedule.

· Daily Thermometer calibration. · Any other duties assigned by HOD or immediate superior.

• Deliver foot and body reflexology treatments following company standards to promote client well-being
• Supervise and guide therapists to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling and customer service to ensure smooth centre functioning
• Maintain workplace hygiene, safety, and cleanliness to comply with health standards
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback, executing service recovery to enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct stock checks and order supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels for uninterrupted service
• Perform basic administrative duties to support operational efficiency and centre management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional certification in massage or reflexology
• Relevant experience in reflexology or body therapy
• Strong leadership skills to supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Effective communication skills to engage with team members and clients
• Customer-service orientation with a professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prepare employment documents including onboarding materials to facilitate new hires

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to keep accurate personnel information

• Compile attendance, leave, and related data to assist in payroll preparation

• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records to support employee development

• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures to provide timely support

Administrative Support

• Manage office supplies and provide general administrative support to maintain efficient office operations

• Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and document filing to ensure smooth logistics and record keeping

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and visitor coordination to support staff and guests

• Organize meeting logistics including room bookings and preparation of materials to facilitate effective meetings

• Assist in planning and executing company events, staff engagement activities, and internal communications to promote a positive workplace culture

• Able to prepare multiple foods
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Provide assist as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• Able to work on weekend and PH

*Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
