Job Summary

The ACMV Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects. The role involves project planning, site coordination, documentation management, scheduling, procurement support, and liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ACMV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Arrange material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory tracking.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor manpower allocation and site productivity.

Requirements

Job Title: Aircon & Ducting Drafter

Job Description

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, including ducting layout, piping, and equipment placement.
• Develop drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Review tender drawings and specifications to produce accurate construction drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards and project specifications.
• Assist in clash detection and coordination with other services (electrical, plumbing, structural).
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Job Requirements

Leadership & Administration
