Events, Logistics & On-the-Ground Action
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to bring events to life
- Keep budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables on track
- Be part of live events on-site (yes, some evenings and weekends included)
- Make sure everything runs smoothly — and looks damn good while doing it
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in MICE
- Confident communicator
- Organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
- Open to travel and flexible working hours when events call for it
- A team player with a strong “can-do, let’s-go” attitude
