Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the interior design and fit-out business
Drive business development, sales growth, and tender acquisition
Oversee interior design, renovation, and fit-out project operations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Approve project budgets, quotations, variations, and major procurement
Oversee cost control, project margins, and overall company profitability
Manage key client, developer, consultant, and main contractor relationships
Lead and manage senior management, designers, project managers, and site teams
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management
Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCA, MOM, workplace safety)
Manage key subcontractors, suppliers, and strategic partners
Resolve major project, client, and operational issues
Represent the company in major negotiations and business engagements
Requirements:
Proven senior management experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated track record in business development and sales growth
In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation, and project management processes
Good understanding of cost control, budgeting, and project profitability
Experience dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and workplace safety requirements (e.g. BCA, MOM, WSH)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Good commercial and financial acumen
Degree or relevant professional qualification in Interior Design, Construction Management, Building, Business, or related field preferred
At least 6 years of relevant senior management experience
