Source and evaluate suppliers (Mainland China Suppliers) and subcontractors
Maintain an approved vendor list
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions
Build long-term supplier relationships
Track material deliveries to site
Coordinate with factory to ensure timely supply
Resolve delays, shortages, or damaged goods issues
Negotiation and cost management
Knowledge of construction materials and methods

Communication and coordination skills
Candidate is responsible for:
- Procuring construction materials (Plywood, Hardware and ironmongery)
- Engaging services and subcontractors
- Managing supplier relationships and contracts
- Controlling procurement costs and timelines
