We're Hiring: Logistics Admin Executive
Location: Sims Avenue, Paya Lebar (less than 8 mins sheltered walk from MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Days: 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to logistics and warehouse operations for both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Preparation of Singapore Customs Declarations.
• Support both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur branch offices with necessary admin tasks
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Ensure all shipping and logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and well-organized
• Assist with other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Strong attention to detail, sense of situational awareness and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Google tools
• A proactive, reliable, and eager-to-learn attitude
