We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing professional to lead brand and product marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong digital expertise, creative flair, and the ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage brand and product marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, growth, and engagement targets.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support brand and company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns—from conceptualization to execution—across all channels, including SEO, digital platforms, CRM, and more.
• Lead social content strategy by crafting clear, compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital assets.
• Conceptualize and curate artwork, posters, and marketing materials.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, social media).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team and external agencies (media, events, PR) to execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
• Prepare monthly performance reports analyzing brand performance, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry, consumer, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty or Retail industry.
• Hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficient in social media marketing, content planning, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Digital marketing certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google certifications are an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically and creatively.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in design and productivity tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.

Job Description & Requirements

The Marketing Director will be responsible for managing all marketing, branding and promotional activities for the company across all media. This candidate should possess strong marketing and business development knowledge and skills, specifically in social media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities Include:

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation via Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms

· Design digital marketing collaterals, copywriting and schedule contents for websites and digital platforms

· Manage organization’s website, booking and e-commence platforms

· Ensure graphics are visually appealing and source for suitable images for still photos and videos

· Develop, edit and post content and short video clips across website and digital platforms

· Research and monitor social media of competitors, identify new digital marketing/product trends and improvements

· Optimize SEM for paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ad, Instagram etc.) and improve SEO for all websites

· Work with internal stakeholders and regional offices to launch and manage initiatives with the most suitable online engagement tools to extend reach out to target audience

· Collate data and metrics, track the performance of marketing campaigns, social media/digital platform engagements and traffic to website to ensure that set KPIs are met

· Source and liaise with ad agencies/vendors/brands to execute events, support planning and implementation of digital campaigns

· Drive initiatives to grow email database marketing campaigns, SMS and optimize EDM objectives like open rates, click through and conversions

· Manage and plan loyalty (CRM) program to grow database

· Identify and work with media, influencers/KOL to maximize brand exposure

· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

· At least a Degree in Marketing/Business

· 6 years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including SEO/SEM

· Knowledge of webpage management software (Wordpress/WIX)

· Proficiency in data analytics for social media, websites and Google.

· Basic Knowledge in Google Analytics or Adwords, certification will be a plus

· Strong planning and project management skills needed to execute multiple projects

· Retail/Beauty & Wellness industry experience will be added advantage

·      Perform a full range of hair services and treatments, including styling, colouring, highlighting, and professional hair/scalp treatments with head/neck and shoulder massage.

·      Assist and work with Director Stylist.

·      Provide professional consultation and recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.

·      Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention, including proactive pre-booking of appointments.

·      Actively develop new clientele and contribute to business growth.

·      Adhere strictly to salon policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

·      Candidates with an existing client base will be an advantage.

·      Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation at all times.

·      Ensure all hair tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized after use.

·      Skills or experience as a scalp therapist will be a strong advantage.

Working hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm on weekdays and weekends, according to the Monthly Duty Roster.

Entitled to 6 off days per calendar month. Annual, Medical and Hospitalization Leave provided.

Basic monthly salary plus tiered commission scheme.

Salary is subject to CPF contributions in accordance with regulations.

No quota for foreigners. Only for PR or Singaporean applicants.
