Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Civil/Structural Engineering diploma acceptable for registration with IES/ACES

- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate.

- Minimum five(5) years of C&S RTO work experience supervising multi-storey buildings, with strong knowledge of bored piling, precast building construction, structural steel, ERSS(earth retaining stabilizing structure) and architectural works.

- Experience in residential projects will be an added advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

- A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision.

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to identify performance gaps.
• Conduct monthly WSH audits of site works through joint site inspections with project stakeholders.
• Review contractors’ submissions of safety-related documents.
• Participate in WSH incident investigations (including after working hours when required) and assess findings to determine root causes.
• Perform monthly reviews of the contractor’s safety and health management systems in compliance with MOM WSH Act and relevant regulations, while advising the client on WSH matters when necessary.
• Prepare and compile monthly WSH reports, including statistical updates and key insights.
• Attend WSH committee meetings chaired by the contractor, as well as monthly client-contractor safety meetings.
• Support quarterly safety campaigns and promotional activities organised by the contractor.
• Join monthly safety site walks with the client.
• Review incident reports submitted by contractors and recommend mitigation measures to prevent recurrence.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on all WSH-related matters.
• Submit comprehensive monthly WSH reports to the client, highlighting compliance status, gaps, effectiveness of mitigation measures, and additional recommendations.
• Set up, monitor, update, and close out the Health and Safety Register for the project.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the company.
• Report to the Owner’s Representative on-site and act as the Owner’s representative for WSHO-related matters throughout the project.
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).

• Preferably with at least minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in WSH relating to engineering, construction planning.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent decision, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision, within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• understand the overall engineering design scheme for the projects that you handle,
• carry out geotechnical analyses/design using software such as Plaxis 2D, Plaxis 3D and others, as well as, carry out geotechnical design based on analytical and empirical relationships,
• plan ground investigations/carry out ground characterisation and arriving at geotechnical design parameters from the results of ground investigations,
• put up drawings and reports to communicate the results of your works, as well as to coordinate with clients, contractors and other engineers on your design works (where such opportunities arise).

Requirements:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior working experiences in geotechnical engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiar with civil/geotechnical engineering designs in local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocodes.
• Well verse in geotechnical design software, e.g. Plaxis, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil and geotechnical works.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
• Able to manage projects independently and work under tight datelines.
• Fresh engineers and geotechnical engineers with working experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilites

• Prepare and draft Civil & Structural drawings for private and Public projects
• Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
• Coordinates and monitor drawing submission schedule
• Ensure design systems comply with the code with requirements
• Performs other drafting duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering / Architectural Technology or its equivalent and higher
• Experience in drafting using AutoCAD is very advantageous
• Experience in BIM Modelling (REVIT/BENLEY BIM /Civil 3D Design) is very advantageous
• Good knowledge in Civil & Structural Engineering design and construction is an added advantage
