Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support daily administrative tasks while assisting in retail operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties (data entry, filing, invoicing, documentation)
Manage stock inventory and coordinate orders
Assist walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries
Prepare quotations and process sales orders
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for deliveries
Maintain proper records of transactions and inventory
Support daily retail operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum [N/O/A Level / Diploma]
Experience in administrative work and/or retail environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Preferred:
Experience in handling inventory or sales support
Familiarity with simple accounting or invoicing systems

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with the full range of HR responsibilities, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration
Handling payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee payment records
Providing administrative support for accounting functions, such as invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and month-end reconciliations
Answering employee inquiries and being a point of contact for HR and accounting-related matters
Maintaining and updating HR and accounting databases and filing systems
Supporting the implementation of HR and accounting policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HR or accounting assistant role
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
