Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolution of support tickets in alignment with defined SLAs.
- Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Monitor, manage, and reduce ticket ageing effectively.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues by analyzing patterns (Problem Management).
- Participate in SAP projects, including on‑site travel to client locations when required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional business teams across global units.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is an advantage.

The qualifications and experience required for the role focused on support, implementation, and integration tools:
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.
Experience: 4-6 Years in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Consulting experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with the ability to support complex business processes in a global manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionality, including configuration, troubleshooting, and process understanding.
- 1–2 full end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation experiences (mandatory).
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP from both a business process and cross‑functional perspective.
- Proficiency in period-end closing activities within SAP FICO.
- Strong knowledge of FICO integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PS, etc.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.
Technical Collaboration
- Ability to work with ABAP developers to prepare technical specifications and a good understanding of ABAP debugging, user exits, and cross-application functionalities (nice to have).
- Familiarity with incident management processes in a support environment, including working within SLA-driven service delivery (nice to have).
- Awareness of ITIL processes and SAP Solution Manager (added advantage).
- Knowledge of Controlling (CO) processes will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of AI and Automation (added advantage).
Documentation & Process Discipline
- Strong proficiency in preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Ability to work effectively in structured environments with strong compliance and governance requirements.
