Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and production of all marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, presentations, and event materials.

• Execute video editing, motion graphics, and videography (including IG Stories and short-form content) for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos suitable for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet business objectives.

• Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

• Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with 5+ years in marketing or agency environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video content creation.

• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Experience on managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight timelines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

We are seeking a discreet and highly organized Private Personal Assistant to support the Director across daily personal and professional activities. * Accompany the Director to appointments, events and engagements
