Role Summary

Drive end-to-end architecture for next-generation core banking platforms leveraging microservices, service mesh, and cloud-native technologies. This role will partner with C-level stakeholders, engineering teams, and global delivery units to shape scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise architecture strategy for microservices-based core banking systems

- Lead service mesh design (Istio, API Gateway, traffic management, fault isolation)

- Drive cloud-native transformation across multi-data center environments

- Ensure architecture alignment across application, data, and infrastructure domains

- Guide resilience design (circuit breakers, failover, high availability)

- Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into technical architecture

- Lead architecture governance, reviews, and best practices

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client advisory engagements

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years in enterprise architecture, preferably in banking or financial services

- Strong expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and service mesh (Istio), Consul

- Experience in core banking transformation or large-scale distributed systems

- Deep understanding of API architecture, integration patterns, and event-driven systems

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with core banking platforms, and cell-based architecture

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks

- Understanding of data consistency models and distributed transactions

Role Summary

- Provide live interpretation (Korean ↔ English) during meetings, workshops, and executive discussions

- Translate technical discussions related to banking systems, microservices, cloud, and data architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, deploy, and support Axway SecureTransport, B2Bi, and other Axway MFT components.
• Develop and maintain file transfer workflows and integrations between internal systems, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable file transfers.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MFT issues and incidents, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Automate file transfer processes and reporting using scripting languages or Axway tools.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide guidance and best practices for secure file exchange.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives related to file transfer operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Axway MFT solutions (e.g., SecureTransport, B2Bi, Gateway).
• Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.).
• Experience with partner onboarding, file routing, and certificate/key management.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, EDI, and XML/JSON transformations.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
