Responsibilities
- Manage Directors’ personal and corporate affairs to enable their focus on daily functions and strategic priorities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and email correspondence to optimize Directors’ time and communication flow
- Organize travel plans and itineraries for short and long trips to ensure efficient logistics and timely arrangements
- Drive safely and punctually to support business travel requirements
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office operations and address emerging needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid driving license to perform travel duties safely and legally
