Factory Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines in accordance with work instructions.

The role involves basic stock handling and simple computer work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and organise raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) items, and finished goods.

• Check and record stock levels to ensure accurate inventory at all times.

• Receive incoming materials and issue materials to production as required.

• Assist in other day to day tasks which may include loading of finished goods for delivery.

The role will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support customer and certification audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.

• Lead the QA team and oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality activities.

• Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Investigate quality issues and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure products meet drawing specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements

2. Supervise and guide QA inspectors on daily inspection activities (incoming, in-process, outgoing)

3. Review and approve first article, in-process, and final inspection results

4. Handle non-conformance issues, including containment, investigation, and corrective actions

5. Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence

6. Monitor and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation

7. Support customer requirements such as audits, complaints, and quality submissions (e.g. PPAP if required)

8. Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring equipment

9. Train and coach QA staff on inspection methods and quality standards
