Requirements

• Min. 8 years' experience in DeltaV Batch in Software Design and Configuration
• Degree in Chemical/Electrical Engineering, Computing or IT
• Excellent problem-solving ability and customer-focused
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills are required
• Must be proactive, have experience with high-performance team player, strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills; ability to interact across functional teams at multiple levels within the organization
• Good skills in Windows operating system administration programmable logic controllers, Visual Basic programming databases and general programming would be added advantage
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with validation/qualification of pharmaceutical processes equipment, utilities, facilities and/or computer systems as related to sterile products and medical devices
• Have strong trouble shooting capabilities. Be able to use engineering thinking and principles to tackle complex technical/process issues.

• Develop Functional Specifications (FS) and Design Specifications (DS) in alignment with Client’s site requirements.
• Review PCS-related design documentation and provide feedback to ensure compliance with user requirements and approved standards.
• Track project deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to the agreed schedule.
• Batch software commissioning and functional testing
• Qualification testing, including Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ)
• Support Engineering and Performance Process Qualification (PPQ) batches as required.
• Support and track change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Project and Process Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving efficient project execution.

· Collaborate with stakeholders tounderst and project and process requirements, translating them into ServiceNow platform solutions.

· Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

· Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and configurations to streamline project and process execution.

· Work closely with project teams to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform for project management and tracking.

· Provide expertise in ServiceNow capabilities to support and enhance various business processes.

· Conduct process gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organization.

·Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on new or updated processes within the ServiceNow platform. Assist in the implementation of best practices for project and process management within the ServiceNow environment. Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) as a Projector Process Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.

· 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform

· Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.

· Experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms.

· Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices.

· Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs.

· Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.

· Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations.
