K2 Chemical Pte Ltd provide dishwashing detergent, handsoap and bleach for customers in the F & B industries.
Job Description:
- Create and improve SOP
- Perform daily operation in accordance to standard operation procedures
- Production operation makes daily operation log, ensure internal and external premises cleanliness, mixing activities & filling activities
- Check and maintain scheduled preventive maintenance works.
- Troubleshoot all production process problems that happened.
- Manage stock of safety PPEs, tools, absorbent pads.
- Provide guide and training for new operators.
- Ensuring that potential safety issues related to the environment, the process and the product are considered at all stages
- Optimising production by analysing processes and compiling de-bottleneck studies
- Monitor and maintain good practice/ housekeeping in the production areas.
- Responsible for upkeep operation for production support facilities and service sections.
- Implementation and operation of appropriate maintenance and service procedures
- Supervision and monitoring of the performance of plant facilities equipment.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance, routine inspection and servicing of plant facility machinery, mechanical and electrical and electrical installations in accordance to manufacturing guidelines.
- Attending and resolving technical issues
- Plant facility spare parts management.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience
- Willing to learn and perform ad hoc works
