Study the current batching, mixing, placing, and curing processes for precast elements.
Identify inefficiencies, delays, or quality issues in the concreting workflow.
Assess equipment usage, placement techniques, and manpower allocation.
Prepare detailed reports on current practices, highlighting challenges and improvement opportunities.
Propose optimized casting sequences, plant layout adjustments, and process improvements.
Recommend innovations in concrete mix design, curing methods, or material handling to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with mould and reinforcement teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
Monitor trial implementations of proposed processes and evaluate outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during concreting operations.
Provide guidance and training to operators and plant personnel on recommended practices.
Job Qualification:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Structural Engineering, or related field.
Experience Required:
3–5 years of experience in precast concrete operations, casting, or concrete technology.
Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, casting techniques, and curing methods.
Experience in productivity analysis and process optimization is preferred.
