Job Summary

Report for daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. and manage office and site operations. Develop work schedules, supervise construction workers, enforce safety protocols, and liaise with authorities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. to align on work plans and safety protocols
• Develop realistic work schedules and assign tasks to optimize project progress
• Supervise construction workers daily to ensure task completion and adherence to standards
• Enforce workplace safety measures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during project execution
• Mediate and resolve disputes between clients and workers to maintain workflow continuity
• Manage all office and site-related administrative and operational tasks with accountability
• Adapt to working in strict, challenging environments and flexible hours as required
• Perform duties effectively under direct supervision

FLOOR TILING AND WALL TILING MUST DO PROPERLY THE WORK HAS TO BE DONE VERY METICULOUSLY AND VERY WELL

HE NEED TO DRIVE THE LORRY AND DROP THE WORKER ON MORNING AND EVENING AND DAY TIME HE NEED TO CAARY THE MATERIAL AND DROP ONSITE AND ALSO NEED TO DO THE INVOICING GO TO CLIENT OFFICE.
