JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials based on production schedule
• Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and resolve delays or downtime
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and QC teams for smooth production rollout
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and customer specifications
• Perform in-process quality checks and support root-cause analysis for issues
• Lead, supervise, and train production staff to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct daily briefings and enforce workplace discipline and company policies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE, and 5S standards
