- We operate on Mon-Fri, Half day on Sat, 9.30am to 6.30pm. Base pay of $2800 (depending on your qualification) 5.5 work day
- Fresh Diploma Graduates welcome.
- Daily role of answering calls and replying emails, do quotation and invoices.
- Reliable and committed individual
- (Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound call environment. Annual leave entitlement of 12 days.
- Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.
- Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Minimum O'level qualification or Higher Nitec
- Malaysian are welcome too
