Responsibilities:
· Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
· Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc.
· To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
· Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.
· Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.
· Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.
· Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.
· Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target.
· Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
· Manage customers complaint on a timely manner.

· Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
· Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
· Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
· Experience in beauty services.
