Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees.
Hiring and training new employees.
Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops.
Establishing business knowledge and awareness of share company goals.
Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.
Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.
Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.
Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
Assisting with other administrative tasks, when enquired.
Assistant Supervisor Requirements:
2-5 years experience in a similar Assistant Supervisor role.
Ability to create candidate hiring profiles and to appoint suitable staff.
Extensive experience in compiling training materials and facilitating training.
Ability to enhance business knowledge among company employees.
Experience in liaising between management and employees.
Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork.
Proficiency in monitoring and reporting job performance metrics.
Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Your Responsibilities:
Provide safe, punctual, and courteous driving services for the company director's family, and children.
Maintain the company vehicle in clean, tidy, and good working condition.
Strictly comply with traffic rules and practice defensive driving.
Assist with light errands and tasks as required.
Safeguard passengers and company information with discretion and confidentiality.
Report promptly on any vehicle maintenance or repair needs.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
Good driving record with no major traffic violations.
Familiarity with Singapore’s road network and traffic conditions.
Proficient in English and Mandarin communication, as the director and his guests communicate in Mandarin.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Reliable, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
