Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

• Prepare, track, verify and process invoices

• Handle reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month end closing for AP and AR

• Provide support for GST filing

• Track project budgets, contracts and renewals

• Prepare basic reports

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

• Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing activities

• Maintain and update financial records for internal reporting and statutory compliance

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CIMA, etc.)

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Organised and meticulous

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters with care

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in full spectrum HR and administrative functions

• Maintain records and documentation in an organised, accurate and timely manner

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports and analysis

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and statutory requirements

• Assist in talent acquisition, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees

• Assist in learning & development, including the sourcing and coordination of training programs

• Provide support in compensation surveys

• Support HR events, including staff welfare and engagement activities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Basic understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong planning and organisational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Custodian of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma

• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and quality management frameworks

• Some background in IT will be an added advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

• Meticulous, with excellent record keeping and documentation skills
