About this opportunity 

As an iTero Logistics Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the movement, storage, and tracking of iTero scanners and related materials from the Singapore regional center to customers and distribution points across the APAC region. You will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting RMA processes, and ensuring efficient replenishment and distribution of spare parts to both customers and internal personnel. This role reports directly to the Manager, Fulfillment iTero. The work location is in Tuas.

In this role, you will… 

·       Coordinate daily outbound shipments of iTero scanners and related products from the Singapore hub to all APAC destinations, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

·       Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.

·       Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and system updates to ensure accuracy.

·       Assist in RMA processes by coordinating inbound returns, tracking repair status, and managing the return or replacement of units.

·       Support replenishment activities to ensure availability of inventory and spare parts.

·       Coordinate spare parts planning, storage, and distribution to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.

·       Prepare and process documentation for shipments, inventory movements, and operational transactions.

·       Work closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

·       Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.

In this role, you’ll need … 

·      Minimum NITEC or higher NITEC qualifications

·      At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

·      Proficient experience with Office tools, mainly excel

·      Teamwork oriented a must

Desired

·      Proficient English spoken and written

·      Proficient experience with SAP or other types of ERP systems

About this opportunity

The Sr. Global Product Manager is a hands-on product leader responsible for translating product strategy into successful execution and delivery for our global Retainer products. This role ensures that product initiatives are clearly defined, well-prioritized, and delivered with high quality, speed, and customer impact.

Working closely with the Director of Product Management, this role bridges strategy and execution — owning day-to-day product leadership while driving clarity, momentum, and results across cross-functional teams.

Product Ownership & Execution

• Own product roadmaps and backlogs aligned to strategic priorities
• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of product initiatives from concept through launch
• Ensure clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Operations to drive execution
• Act as the primary product decision-maker for assigned product areas
• Resolve tradeoffs and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum

Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market data to inform product decisions
• Define and track success metrics to measure customer and business impact
• Continuously iterate products based on feedback and performance

Operational Excellence

• Maintain strong execution discipline across planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans
• Ensure launches are well-coordinated, high quality, and outcome-focused

Team & Process Contribution

• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product best practices
• Support continuous improvement of product processes and tools

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you’ll need …

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·       Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

·       8+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility

·       Proven track record of delivering complex products in cross-functional environments

·       Strong experience with agile product development, roadmap ownership, and execution

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to balance strategic intent with hands-on execution
