Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Dojang while coaching students, planning classes, and preparing teaching materials to support skill development and performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Dojang to ensure smooth functioning and a positive learning environment
- Coach and train students of all ages to develop their Taekwondo skills and techniques effectively
- Arrange and plan competition and demonstration classes to prepare students for events and performances
- Prepare and develop teaching curriculum and materials tailored to different skill levels and age groups
- Collaborate with team members to enhance class delivery and student engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Dan Kukkiwon or STF certification to ensure professional teaching standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate experience with choreography and performance to support demonstration classes
- Show ability to work effectively with young children to foster a supportive learning atmosphere
Other Information
- Work schedule: 6 days per week with Monday as off-day
- Work pass eligibility: Work Permit, S Pass, or Employment Pass holders may apply
