You will handle non-emergency cases requiring patient transfer to hospital emergency departments. Responsibilities include providing basic first aid, CPR, or using an AED when necessary. Compassion and a service-oriented mindset are essential, as you will primarily work with elderly or disabled patients. You will collaborate closely with your Medical Transport Operator to fulfil these duties.
