Job Scope
Handle full spectrum of the HR function.
Handle payroll process (headcount 150- 200), employee tax matters.
Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
Process work passes application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
Arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
Stationery and office maintenance.
Ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detailed, meticulous with good organization skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
