Job Description

1. Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet inorder to ensure efficient operations

2. Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

3. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.

4. Greet and direct guest to designated room.

5. Record orders, serve food and beverages.

6. Input orders into point-of-sales system.

7. Provide basic technical support (mic checks,karaoke system checks).

8. Maintain a safe and clean environment.

9. Ability to work unsupervised and producequality work.

10. Communicate effectively with team membersand management.

11. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.

12. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.

2. Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

3. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.

4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

1.         In charge of cooking various fusion cuisines (As per required by outlet)

2.         Support the Unit Manager/Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management.

3.         Assist the Unit Manager/Head Chef in leading, supervising, rostering, and training kitchen staff

4.         Assist in supervising, planning, and organizing food preparation

5.         Ensure standards for food safety, food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to inventory ordering

6.         Set, monitor, and maintain standards of food prepared

7.         Conduct frequent checks in section with regards to food preparation, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

8.         Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

1.         Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations

2.         Coordinate the daily operations of the Front and Back of the House when necessary.

3.         Assist in leading and managing a team of employees.

4.         Ensure the smooth progress of promotional and marketing activities.

5.         Ensure that all employees comply with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines
and the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6.         Assist in orientation program for new employees.

7.         Able to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

8.         Assist in tracking food, supply and equipment levels, forecast demand.

9.         Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.

10.      Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.

11.      Prepare a weekly duty roster accordingly.

12.      Brief employees before duty starts and ensure proper handover after the shift has ended

13.      Check the rooms before/after shifts to ensure they are clean, and the equipment is working

14.      Administrate and maintain inventory/asset records and documentation

15.      Assist Manager in follow up and oversee renovation works

16.      All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve business results.

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Marketing& Customer Growth

• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.

• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotional activities.

• Support customer relationship development and customer retention initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.

• Develop and train team members to maintain consistent service quality.

• Support the development of supervisors or assistant managers within the team.

Outlet Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.

• Maintain outlet environment, safety standards, and customer experience.

Data Awareness & Reporting

• Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.

• Monitor business trends and explain performance fluctuations when necessary.

• Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Compliance& Operational Standards

• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5years of experience in outlet or store management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.

• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.

• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

• Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment or service environment.
