Heart Springs Spa is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our marketing activities, social media platforms, content creation, campaign execution and outlet promotions.

The intern will also assist in managing our social media platforms. This includes preparing and scheduling posts, creating simple photo and video content, drafting captions, monitoring comments and messages, supporting campaigns, and tracking basic social media performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu and Lemon8
• Schedule and publish approved posts, stories, reels and campaign content
• Monitor comments, messages and social media enquiries
• Escalate customer enquiries, complaints or booking-related matters to the relevant team
• Create photo and video content for treatments, products, promotions and outlet updates
• Prepare Canva designs such as posters, social media posts, vouchers and promotional visuals
• Draft captions and campaign messages in English and/or Chinese
• Support monthly promotions, festive campaigns and outlet marketing activities
• Research social media trends, beauty/wellness content ideas and competitor activities
• Track basic platform performance such as engagement, reach, followers and enquiries
• Assist with organising marketing files, content calendars and simple reports

Requirements:

• Student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design or related fields
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu
• Able to use Canva and/or CapCut
• Good written English; Chinese writing ability is a plus
• Creative, organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable travelling to outlets for content shoots when required
• Interest in beauty, wellness, spa, TCM, skincare or lifestyle content is an advantage

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in beauty, wellness, and retail/outlet management.
2. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients and Mandarin-speaking colleagues/customers.
3. Possess leadership qualities, initiative, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
4. Comfortable working on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
   

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, motivate, and guide team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service quality in line with the company’s brand values.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional consultation on suitable treatments and products.
- Monitor and manage customer records, purchases, and treatment history accurately.
- Conduct follow-ups on post-treatment experiences to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales performance by promoting treatment packages and products.
- Perform necessary administrative and reporting tasks, as required by management.
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the management team.

• Oversee daily operations across 6 retail outlets and ensure SOP compliance

• Support operations manager to resolve operational issues promptly

• Track inventory, coordinate maintenance, and ensure service readiness

• Support vendor procurement and supply chain coordination

• Generate weekly/monthly operational reports for management

• Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards

• Support campaign setups, seasonal promotions, and service launches

• Assist with digital marketing efforts:

• Coordinate and support content creation for social media (e.g. videos, posts)

• Monitor and manage customer comments, reviews, and DMs on platforms like Google, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu

• Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative support as assigned by management
  
  Who We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or retail (beauty/wellness a plus)

  • Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, or social media handling

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal teams, Chinese-speaking staff, and vendors

  • Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, POS or CRM systems

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Willing to travel across various outlet locations in Singapore
