Job Description:

• Conduct Chinese language lesson according to the teaching plan
• Plan and development teaching materials
• Chinese tutoring for students from Kindergarten 1 - Secondary 4
• Able to connect with students and children well
• Monitor and coaching student’s progress for feedback purpose
• Engage effective communication with parents regularly on student’s progress

Requirements:

• Diploma to Degree and above in Education/Chinese Language Teaching or equivalent
• Must have teaching experience and in a classroom setting
• Applicants must be passionate about education, responsible and self-motivated
• Good classroom management skills
• Committed to deliver lessons in excellence
• Able to work closely with teaching staffs and parents

Job Description

• Responding to students’ administrative inquiries / requests
• To attend to call-in and walk-in clients and public inquiries promptly and render assistance
• Conducting class visits/ welcome orientations/ inductions (if applicable)
• To ensure that all internal and external emails/correspondences are dispatched promptly
• Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Maintain and update billing records and receipts collection records
• Perform other duties as assigned by Admin Supervisor and Assistant Director or Director/CEO

Requirement

• Minimum ‘A’ level or Diploma in any discipline
• General administrative skill
• Able and willing to work on weekends
• Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and outlook
• Excellent customer service & good interpersonal skills
• Posses communication skills (English, Mandarin) effectively communicate with parents, students, teachers and colleagues
• Able to multi-task, meticulous, organized and has an eye for details
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Work place based tuition centre located at various outlet
