Job Summary
Provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of lawyers, managing legal documentation and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely secretarial support to lawyers, including document preparation and correspondence management
- Manage administrative tasks to support legal team efficiency and workflow continuity
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English to facilitate internal and external interactions
- Apply knowledge of litigation processes and eLitigation system to assist with case management and filing
- Work independently under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members to provide additional administrative support as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Law or Paralegal Studies
- Familiarity with litigation process and eLitigation system
