Requirement:

Job Description

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to a global Product Service Line (PSL), working directly with senior leadership to drive people strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead large-scale, strategic initiatives across regions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability.
