Cleaning Specialist: The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning to maintain a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for clients, staff, and and serve tea (if applicable) to visitors. He/She will be posted to offices islandwide.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. The Cleaning Specialist (Office) will perform routine cleaning tasks across designated areas, ensuring compliance with the clients' and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, clearing of bins and sanitising surfaces.

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, massage rooms and high-touch surfaces (e.g. doorknobs, light switches).

• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly.

• Follow cleaning schedules and task checklists to ensure thorough coverage.

• Ensure sufficient stocks of cleaning supplies.

• Safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.

• Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials appropriately.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professionalism while on duty.

• Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary: The Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment, and dining areas for a hotel. This role is essential to the smooth operation of my clients' kitchen and dining services.

Location: Hotel near Suntec

Meals: Provided

Working Hours: 6 days/week; 11am to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitise all cutlery, crockery, trays, and cups to maintain hygiene standards.

• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils.

• Maintain the housekeeping of dishwashing and dining areas, ensuring they are clean and organised.

• Clear rubbish and clean rubbish bins to ensure a sanitary environment.

• Assist with the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and dining facilities.

• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
