Job Summary
Manage invoicing, payment tracking, bookkeeping, GST submissions, and daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and sales support functions. Coordinate shipping and delivery processes while communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking factory counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Handle invoicing accurately and submit within strict timelines to ensure timely billing
- Track payments and follow up on receivables to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and liaise with external accountants as needed for accurate financial management
- Prepare and file GST submissions accurately and on time to comply with tax regulations
- Oversee daily administrative operations to maintain smooth office functioning and workflow
- Coordinate shipping, warehouse, and sales administrative support to facilitate efficient logistics
- Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth and correct order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, including written communication, to liaise with Chinese-speaking factory counterparts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/payroll systems
