Requirements:

• 2 years experienced in the related field or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or decor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deliveries on a rotating schedule, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Verify goods against Delivery Orders to ensure correctness and compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle, store, and pack items according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Collect returned goods from customers when necessary.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including:
  Loading and unloading of containers
  Preparing goods for local delivery and export
  Conducting stock checks
  Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization

Internship Overview

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives, with a key focus on event preparation and coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to event marketing, stakeholder coordination, and operational follow-ups within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and preparation of a marketing event scheduled in July 2026

• Coordinate logistics related to event spaces, product displays, and marketing artwork

• Assist in liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Department and Marketing Executive, including follow-ups and tracking of action items

• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and progress updates related to marketing activities

• Perform other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned
