Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, implement and monitor work schedules for sites and workers.

Able to keep good relationship with Main-con, Sub-con and Suppliers.

Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project plan at the site.

Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.

Prepare site program chart for management review regularly

Other related duties assigned by the company from time to time

Duties and Authorities

1. Use the beauty device for facial beauty treatment.

2. Conduct skin analysis (including face and body).

3. Manage appointment matters.

4. Warmly welcome customers.

5. Update customer files, add contact information and the treatments received.

6. Provide suggestions on cosmetic products and usage techniques based on each customer's specific needs.

7. Sell beauty products and additional care services when appropriate.

8. Ensure all areas are clean and tidy and the equipment has been disinfected before use.

• Manage a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
