Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitoring of cargo movement from terminal to warehouse.
• Ensuring clearance from terminal are done within free storage.
• Follow up with terminal on discrepancy shipment (survey), short landed shipment and and prepare Tracer letter , email and submit to terminal for any missing shipment (unlocated).
• Communication with local agents and OAs.
• Raise cheque for import shipment.
• Prepare LOA for valuable cargo and cold room cargo.
• Arrange transshipment transfer.
• Handling buy permit request from other agents.
• Back up to your other colleagues.

Additional Task Assigned (if any):

• Contribute in company function such as department meeting.
• Backup for supporting role for Import Operation Supervisor.
• Continuously look for work improvement within he section.
• Maintaining sections harmony.

Job Requirement:

• With basic 1 year experience in billing in airfreight industry
• Alternate Saturday.

Specific Job Role/Scope:

• Assigned to Business Development Manager as their Sales Support.

• To work closely with new prospects and customer on airfreight, seafreight, road freight and 3rd party freight enquiries.

• To source rates from airlines and overseas agents, and oversee local handling charges.

• To handling daily shipping co-ordination of AIR/SEA/ road freight/ 3rd party shipment.

• To handling daily billing advise, recoveries , and circulation of form etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• RFQ for assigned target accounts.

• Coordination with various internal departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that customer's requirement are met.

• Ensure professional sales services are provided to customers with objectives of Delighting the customer.

• Maintain contact with airlines, trade, industry and government bodies to keep abreast of information.

• To represent Sales department in various taskforce/committee, e.g. Newsletter, Work Improvement.

• Administrative support - preparation report, monthly report, filing, circulation, letter of appointment, etc.

Job Requirement

• At least 1 year experience in Logistics.

Specific Job Role/Scope:

• To hunt and maintain good relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and further explore new opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• To hunt new local customers with potential opportunities.
• To farm more business from existing local customers.
• To maximize yield for shipment through consolidation, smart buying and creative selling.
• To meet monthly sales target and strive for sales incentive.
• To identify potential staff and groom for human capital pipeline, and conduct staff performance review on a yearly basis.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• To travel and represent our department for overseas business development (if required).
• To assist in monitoring the department's projects meet target set/ dateline.
• To participate in regular department meetings and reviews, including departmental performance, and forward business strategies and customer satisfaction.

• To maintain good relationship with all departments to ensure quality service and operational procedures.
• To look into work improvement.
• To undertake new projects/ assignments given by the Department Head or the Company.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales - Business Development
• Possess at least Diploma/Degree Certificate in Logistic or any Certification/training in Sales related.
• Preferably with logistics and freight forwarding background experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team player
• Possess good communication skills to ensure that customers and internal stakeholders
