1. Min 2 yrs experience in handling building authority submissions.

2. Familiar with submission portal (Corenet 2.0). Knowledge or prior experience in Corenet X is a plus

3. Knowledge of authority requirements from various departments, such as URA, BCA, LTA, NParks, NEA, and PUB.

4. Communicate and liaise with project handler, authority officer and other stakeholders to follow up and resolve authority comments and written directions

5. Manage and maintain project status and project timeline to ensure delivery of the project as scheduled.

6. Fast learner, team player, and strong in communication.

7. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge or prior experience in Autodesk Revit is a plus

1. Proficient in AutoCAD

2. Able to read and interpret architectural and structural as-built plans.

3. Basic knowledge in CP83, and able to prepare submission drawings including plans. sections and elevations

4. Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA.

5. Past experience in preparing tender drawings and detail drawings is a plus.

6. Basic knowledge in M&E systems, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems (ACMV), is welcome
