Who is missing in the Team Gaia?

Receptionists (Experience preferred)

Ideally armed with previous front desk experience. Applications must have a calm and polite demeanour with excellent communication skills.

MUST HAVE abilities include:

We are an independent, locally owned small animal practice with a sizable exotic case load; which allows for great case continuity and builds positive relationships with our loyal clients.

We are proud to have established ourselves within our local community for the past 6 years, and look to grow the team at both our branches, Jalan Besar & Holland Grove Road.

We wish to expand our current GP services and are looking to hire experienced veterinarians that have an established special interests.

We offer hospital facilities with a fully equipped operating theatre that supports orthopaedic surgeries, the latest diagnostic imaging technology with digital x-ray, CT scan, fluoroscopy, Ultrasound with Colour Doppler, IDEXX and Abaxis (for exotics) in-house laboratory for rapid diagnosis.

Who is missing in the Team Gaia?
We are looking for an Operations & Client Manager. This is a leadership role, and you are expected to manage the front desk teams from both branches (Jalan Besar & Holland Grove Road). Your duties will include, but not limited to,

1) Purchasing for both branches
2) Team discipline & morale for the front desk teams
3) Scheduling, leave management
4) Manage relationships with external suppliers & vendors
5) Client complaints management
6) Upkeep and maintenance of clinic facilities and infrastructure of both branches.
7) Training and mentoring of new receptionists

Strong experience with front desk experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is required.

Veterinary Technician Manager

We have 2 branches (Holland Grove Road & Jalan Besar), and we are looking for a Manager for each branch to join our existing team. Specifically, you will need to run and manage the support staff of the branch you are posted to. This will include scheduling, mentoring/training, team discipline & welfare, as well as being a role model for junior veterinary technicians, nurses and assistants. Relevant educational qualifications are required with strong experiences in all roles required of a Veterinary Technician.
