Order Processing & Billing

• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system on a daily basis.

• Ensure all sales orders and billing information are updated promptly and correctly.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for order processing activities.

Standing Order Management

• Maintain and process recurring customer orders, including scheduled and standing orders.

• Ensure recurring orders are updated according to customer requirements and operational changes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fulfilment of scheduled orders.

Stock Coordination

• Amend customer sales orders based on stock availability and operational requirements.

• Update revised quantities, substitute items, or product changes accurately in the system.

• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock-related adjustments.

Invoice Verification & Customer Coordination

• Verify that invoices issued by the finance department are successfully received and acknowledged by customers.

• Follow up on invoice-related matters to minimize payment delays and billing disputes.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding invoice discrepancies when required.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate operational and customer records.

• Support daily coordination between customer service, operations, finance, and warehouse teams.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, order processing, or operational support roles.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Mondays to Sundays, 5-day work week on a rotating roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.

The Strategy Manager / Assistant Manager supports the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence by driving strategic planning, performance tracking, and key improvement initiatives. The role enhances cross-department alignment, strengthens organisational processes, and provides data-driven insights to support effective decision-making and overall business direction.

Job Descriptions

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s annual and long-term strategic plans.

• Work with senior and middle management to align department goals, initiatives and performance expectations.

• Manage strategic and operational projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely follow-through and measurable outcomes.

• Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance tracking tools to support accurate reporting.

• Coordinate monthly, mid-year and year-end business reviews and prepare performance insights for senior management and HQ.

• Analyse operational and financial performance, identify gaps, and propose improvement measures to help departments meet their targets.

• Prepare reports, presentations and submissions, including HQ and regional reporting requirements when necessary.

• Monitor market and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead or support initiatives that enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, food safety and organisational processes.

• Apply data analytics to identify trends, improve processes and support continuous improvement across the company.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions to ensure smooth communication, project alignment and resource optimisation.

• Develop contingency plans to support business continuity and risk mitigation.
  Support new business assessments and related studies when required.

• Carry out any additional assignments that contribute to company and department development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economic, Finance, Business or Marketing

• 3-5 years of Progressive Strategy, Business Development, or Finance Management

• 5-10 years of sales and marketing development management.

• Preferably with experience in FMCG or similar environments and equipped with practical project management experience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Power BI or other analytical tools will be beneficial.

• Understanding of data structures and data analysis techniques.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Works well independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to handle sensitive matters calmly and professionally.

• Capable of synthesizing information into clear and concise communication materials.
