Job Description:

We are looking for a Admin Executive staff to handle all vehicle loan-related administrative work and assist with general support duties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate loan documentation, coordinating with finance partners, and supporting other departments in daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Loan Administration:

• Handle all vehicle loan submissions to banks and finance companies.
• Prepare and verify hire-purchase documents, loan agreements, and settlement forms.
• Liaise with sales person and finance institutions on loan applications and approvals.
• Ensure all loan documents are properly signed, complete, and submitted on time.
• Track and update the status of loan applications, disbursements, and settlements.
• Follow up with banks/finance companies on pending approvals, refunds, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate loan records and update loan details in the internal system.
• Assist in checking bank disbursement schedules and ensuring payments are received correctly.
• Handle refund or settlement requests and prepare supporting documents.

Ad-hoc / General Support:

• Support sales and admin teams in vehicle handover, registration, and insurance matters.
• Assist with LTA transactions, transfer forms, and related paperwork when required.
• Update simple reports or summaries (e.g. daily loan updates, disbursement tracking).
• Help with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and proper document flow.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management as part of the daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in vehicle loan processing or automotive admin work.
• Familiar with car loan and finance company procedures (e.g. DBS, Maybank, Hong Leong Finance).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (5.5days)

Salary:

SGD 2400-3800

Responsibilities:

-Able to have good communication skills and initiating actions

-Sending quotation to customers

-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling(leads given), networking and social media

-Constant follow up with existing customers via call or whatsapp

-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

-Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

-Working hours 9.30am - 6.30pm (Mon-Fri), 9.30am-2pm (Sat)
